Christopher Thomas

Christopher Thomas is an experienced energy and climate program manager, currently serving as the Senior Energy & Climate Program Manager at Salt Lake City Corporation since November 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Campaign Representative for the Beyond Coal Campaign at Sierra Club and Data Analyst for Salt Lake County. Christopher also founded and operated Top Dog Data Systems and worked as a Data Scientist and Programmer at ETC Group, where the focus was on diagnosing and eliminating energy waste through data analysis. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director at HEAL Utah and a systems coordination position at Boston University Medical Campus. Christopher holds a Master’s Degree in Business Intelligence from the University of Utah and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Biology from Grinnell College.
