Soon Lian Tiang has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Soon Lian most recently worked as an Operations Excellence Manager at SAM MEERKAT starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they were an Operations Manager at Krista from July 2017. In 2020, they also held the position of Production Line Manager at Jabil from August 2020 to October 2020. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience as a Manufacturing Manager at Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. from May 2015 to June 2017. Before that, they served as a Senior Manufacturing Manager at Pen Apperal Sdn Bhd from January 2013 to May 2015. Soon Lian also worked at OSRAM as a Senior Process Engineer from June 2011 to January 2013 and as a Senior Production Executive from April 2008 to June 2011. Soon Lian Tiang has demonstrated expertise in operations and manufacturing management, with a focus on process transparency, integrity, and team development. Soon Lian Tiang attended The Nottingham Trent University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
