James Fagan

James Fagan has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Most recently, they served as the Senior Vice President of People at Samba TV. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of People at AppLovin, where they played a crucial role in driving the company's growth and scaling the People team.

Before joining AppLovin, James was the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards & HR M&A at Sitecore, where they led global total rewards initiatives and oversaw the annual rewards processes.

Earlier in their career, James held leadership positions at EMD Electronics, where they served as the Head of Human Resources for the US business unit and the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits. James also worked at Deloitte as a Manager, providing compensation consulting advice to client companies undergoing corporate M&A transactions.

James began their career at Mercer as an Associate, where they developed human capital strategies for multinational companies and managed staffing for projects.

James Fagan earned their Bachelor's Degree in History & Political Science from Yale University from 1998 to 2002. Later, from 2004 to 2005, they received their Master's Degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources Management from the University of Oxford.
