Natalia Stepanova

Natalia Stepanova has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of C&B and Organizational Development at Samokat.tech since March 2022. Prior to this role, Natalia held the position of Head of HR Admin & C&B at Buyk from February 2021 to February 2022 and led the International Mobility unit at Rosbank from November 2008 to February 2021. Earlier career experience includes HR management for the Innovation Educational Programme at Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO) and a specialist role at Basic Element. Natalia Stepanova earned a degree in Finance and Financial Management from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics (MESI) between 2005 and 2008 and a specialist degree in Document Management from the Russian University of Humanities from 2000 to 2005.
