Willie Montgomery

Willie Montgomery has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Willie'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Operations & Strategy at Sam's Club, starting in October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Walmart for over a decade, taking on roles such as Senior Director of Data Science, Supply Chain and Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics. Willie also served as a Presidential Leadership Scholar for a period from January 2019 to July 2019. Before their corporate career, Montgomery had a long tenure in the United States Army Reserve as a Team Lead, and they also held positions at the University of Arkansas and Stanford University Linear Accelerator Center.

Willie Montgomery earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas from 1998 to 2004. Willie later pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, completing it from 2007 to 2009.
