Adam Eltoukhy

Adam leads the legal team at Samsara. The legal team consists of mission-focused individuals who work collaboratively across Samsara to help drive business value. Adam has grown and scaled the legal team from its beginning to have a deep understanding of Samsara's business and legal needs so that the company can rapidly grow while being sufficiently safeguarded. Prior to joining Samsara, Adam was at Palantir Technologies for six years where he helped to grow and manage their legal group across several critical practice areas, including litigation, transactional, and intellectual property. Before his time at Palantir, Adam was an attorney with the firms of Morrison and Foerster and Weil Gotshal. Adam also clerked on the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
