Jason Guan

Manager, Product Support Engineering (l3 Support) at Samsara

Jason Guan has a diverse work history, primarily in technical and product support roles. Jason started their career as a Field Service Engineer at Hermes-Microvision, Inc. from July 2012 to March 2014. Jason then moved on to Applied Materials, where they worked as a Technical Product Support Engineer from March 2014 to February 2017, and later as a Global Product Support Engineer from February 2017 to April 2018.

In 2018, Jason joined Fictiv as a Customer Success Manager for a brief period from May 2018 to October 2018, before transitioning to the role of Technical Applications Engineer from November 2018 to October 2019.

Currently, Jason is employed at Samsara as a Product Support Engineer. Jason has previously held the position of Manager, Product Support Engineering (L3 Support) from June 2022 onwards. At Samsara, they are responsible for providing support, ensuring the smooth functioning of IoT-based operations, and leveraging real-time visibility, analytics, and AI to increase efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Jason Guan obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University. Jason also obtained a certification in Data Analytics from General Assembly in May 2022.
