Ella Connolly

Ella Connolly has over 17 years of experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Fresh Food For Now Technical Manager at Samworth Brothers since August 2006. Previous roles at Samworth Brothers include Group Technical Support, where Ella implemented food safety projects for various businesses, as well as Group Auditor, Technical Services Support, Process Development Manager, and Q.A. Manager, contributing to the setup of ready-to-eat and heat-up desserts for retailers. Ella's career began with a placement at Marks and Spencer and a placement student role at Heinz Foods. Ella holds a first-class BSc in Food Technology from the University of Reading, completed in 2006.
