Armando Olivas

Armando Olivas is a dedicated professional with a strong background in nutrition education and research. Currently serving as the Nutrition Education Coordinator at the San Antonio Food Bank since August 2020, Armando previously gained valuable experience as a Dietetic Intern at Larkin Community Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020. Armando's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition (Dietetics Track) from Texas State University, where involvement as a Graduate Research Assistant included coordination of the CAMINOS initiative aimed at fostering leadership development and career opportunities in food and agricultural sciences.
