Jake Holmes

Jake Holmes possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Restaurant Floor Manager at San Carlo Restaurant Group since April 2021, where previous roles included Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter, and Waiter. Prior to this, Jake worked at Zeno Ltd from November 2016 to June 2021, advancing from Support Worker to Team Manager. Jake's career began at Cotton Traders as a Customer Care Representative from January 2014 to June 2016. Academically, Jake holds a Master of Science in Psychological Well-Being in Clinical Practice and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
