Alex Pulido, PE, PMP, currently serves as the Electric System Hardening E&D Manager at San Diego Gas & Electric, overseeing a temporary role focused on electric system reliability and wildfire mitigation projects with a budget of approximately $100 million annually. Prior to this, Alex held the position of Engineering, Design, and QC Manager at Cordoba Corporation, managing quality assurance and quality control for engineering deliverables related to electric system hardening programs. Experience also includes a Senior Engineer role at NV5, where design work supported fire hardening efforts for SDG&E, and several positions at Bechtel Corporation, leading teams in civil and structural engineering projects, including the Google Fiber Project and Florida Power & Light services. Alex holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
