Alyssa Formolo

Alyssa Formolo (Ramos), MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for the San Diego Seals, building on a diverse background in sports management and business operations. Previous roles include Executive Director for the 2023 World Lacrosse Men's Championship and Director of Athletics/Senior Woman Administrator at The University of Saint Katherine, where responsibilities encompassed program assessment, budgeting, and supporting student-athlete success. Earlier experience includes serving as Admissions Coordinator and Adjunct Professor of Management at Southeastern University, along with a tenure as Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Department of Business and Legal Studies. Alyssa holds multiple degrees from Southeastern University, including an Executive MBA and a Bachelor's in Legal Studies.
