Rachel Schneider

Rachel Schneider is a Graduate Law Clerk at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office since August 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Notre Dame, a Certified Law Clerk at the Alameda County District Attorney's Office, and participating in various roles including the Notre Dame Barristers Mock Trial Team and as a Staff Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation. Rachel held leadership positions as President of both the Notre Dame Future Prosecuting Attorneys Council and the Notre Dame Public Interest Law Forum. Additional internships were completed at the California Department of Justice and the Alameda County District Attorney's Office, where Rachel was a Mary Warren Fellow in the Conviction Review and Integrity Unit. Rachel Schneider earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Political Science from Santa Clara University.
