Timothy McLaughlin

Timothy McLaughlin has a diverse work experience starting in 1989 at Lucent Technologies, where they served as the Senior Manager. Timothy then worked at Southern California Edison as the Senior Supplier Development and Diversity Manager and later as the IT Category Manager. After that, they joined Boeing as the IT-Telecom Category Management Lead. Following their tenure at Boeing, Timothy worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a Supplier Diversity Consultant, Expert. Timothy then founded MatchPlayNetwork, Inc., where they served as the Founder and CEO. Currently, they are the Director of Supplier Diversity at San Jose Water, where they previously held the position of Manager of Supplier Diversity and Community Involvement. Throughout their career, Timothy has demonstrated expertise in supplier diversity, program management, and corporate outreach.

Timothy McLaughlin attended The Ohio State University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at Brigham Young University from 1988 to 1992, earning a Master of Science degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing. In terms of additional certifications, Timothy McLaughlin obtained a certification from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education in April 2022.
