Alexander McKenzie

Alexander McKenzie is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at San Pedro Fish Market and Restaurant since November 2021. Previous roles include Cook 2 at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa from May 2018 to November 2021, and Extern/Meat Specialist at The Fatted Calf, where skills in charcuterie and butchering were developed.
