Nic S. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Nic started their career at Gold's Gym in 2005 as a Personal Trainer and worked there until 2006. Following that, they joined Charleston Southern University as an Enrollment Counselor from 2006 to 2010.

In 2011, Nic joined Benefitfocus as a Configuration Consultant and later transitioned into the role of Customer Success Manager from 2013 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Namely, initially as a Consultant and then as a Senior Implementation Consultant.

In 2019, Nic joined Sana as a Senior Customer Success Manager and held this position until 2021. Nic then transitioned to the role of Customer Success Team Lead and later became the Manager of Customer Success.

Through these experiences, Nic has developed a strong background in customer success management, implementation consulting, and team leadership.

Nic S. received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, Nic also attended Charleston Southern University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in Religion and Business Administration. Additionally, Nic obtained a Gainsight End User Certification from Gainsight in June 2023.
