Thays Fernandes is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner Lead at Sanar, Thays has previously held roles as an HR Business Partner at Grupo SOMA and Riot Games, as well as HR positions at L'Oréal and Souza Cruz. Thays holds a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Gestão Empresarial from COPPEAD Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Psicologia from Universidade Veiga de Almeida.
