Sebastián Quiroga Cubides has worked in various strategic planning and research roles throughout their career. Sebastián began their career as a Freelance Qualitative Researcher at Leo Burnett in 2011. Sebastián then moved on to work as a Consumer Research Analyst at Sancho BBDO from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they served as a Strategic Planner at Proximity Colombia. In 2018, they joined Flock Linked by iSobar as a Senior Strategic Planner, where they worked until 2019. At Flock Linked by iSobar, they handled brand planning, digital content design, and development of integrated communication strategies for clients such as Samsung, Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma (Heineken Mexico), Telcel, Telmex, and new business.
