As Head of Business Development and Delivery Michael is “hands-on” with the partner firms from the earliest days of the recruiting process, through their transition to their ongoing experience with Sanctuary. In addition to Business Development and Transitions, Michael leads the Business Delivery Group which provides easily digestible sales reporting and key performance metrics for Partner Firms. He is also responsible for bottom-up strategic analytics and data modeling critical to the Senior Leadership Team.
Michael is closely aligned with the Advisor Solutions, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams ensuring that they deliver the best in class experience for the Partner Firms. His role requires close relationships and a deep understanding of Sanctuary’s custodians, vendors, and partners.
