Angelo Padilla holds an MBA in Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from The University of New Mexico, completing it between 1988 and 1993. Their educational journey began with an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Central New Mexico Community College, which they achieved from 1987 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Padilla has also earned certifications such as AS9100:2016 Rev D Lead Auditor from British Standards Institution Training Academy and completed a workshop on BlueDragon Hyperintegrated Causal Analysis (HCA) BD-301 for Root Cause and Apparent Causes for Practitioners offered by DLE Technical Services, LLC. Angelo has also obtained a Six Sigma Lean - Green Belt certification from Honeywell.
