Dave Hauser

Dave Hauser is a seasoned systems engineer with significant experience in project management and product management across the aerospace sector. Currently employed at Sandia National Laboratories since September 2017, Dave leads cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement strategies for the company's California location. Prior to this role, from August 2004 to September 2017, Dave worked at Lockheed Martin Space Systems, where achievements included serving as Certified Principal Engineer for mission-critical mechanisms for the Space Based Infrared Satellite (SBIRS) program, managing subcontractor relationships to ensure successful deliverables, and leading design and testing initiatives for NASA's Orion project. Dave holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management & Leadership from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
