Rachel Richards

Rachel Richards has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Safeway until 2004. Rachel then moved to Cantrell, Harris and Associates, where they held the same role until 2004. In 2004, Rachel joined Federal Realty Investment Trust as an Assistant Property Manager, and later became a Property Manager in 2006. From 2007 to 2018, they served as a Regional Property Manager, overseeing the operations of mixed-use office/retail centers. In 2019, Rachel joined Sandia National Laboratories as an Operations and Engineering Lead, responsible for project development and coordination. Their most recent work experience is at Wente Vineyards, where they work as a Concierge, starting in September 2023.

Rachel Richards graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Community and Regional Development. In 2016, they obtained the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) certification from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In 2020, they obtained the Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
