Heike Nadelstumpf

Heike Nadelstumpf has a diverse work experience in various companies. Heike is currently the Global Director of Culture at Sandoz since 2023. Previously, they worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2015 to 2022, where they held several roles including EMESA BST Talent Director, EMESA Senior Talent Manager, Global Talent Program Senior Manager, Global Talent Program Manager, MDP Learning & Development Global Program Manager, and Global Learning & Development Learning Experience Designer. Before joining BCG, Heike worked at Allianz from 2008 to 2015 as an Expert Organizational Management & Executive Learning Manager, Expert Talent Management, and Executive Assistant Banking Strategy & Project Management. Prior to that, they had roles at Dresdner Kleinwort, Lufthansa, Lufthansa Cargo, and International Diplomacy Council.

Heike Nadelstumpf obtained a Certified Human Resource Manager degree from Deutsche Akademie für Management in 2015. Heike also holds a Diplom-Kulturwirtin degree in International Cultural and Business Studies from Universität Passau, which they acquired from 2002 to 2005. In addition, Heike Nadelstumpf has acquired several certifications including People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in 2022, Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2019, OPEX Blue Belt from Allianz in 2013, and OREX - Organizational Excellence from Allianz in 2012.
