Kip Dudgeon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kip started their career in 2001 as a Development Scientist at 3M/Tecra and later joined G2 Therapies Ltd in the same role. In 2008, they joined the Garvan Institute of Medical Research as a PHD Scholar.

At the Garvan Institute, Kip held multiple roles including Research Officer and Business Development Manager. Kip was responsible for commercializing research outputs and managing the institute's intellectual property. Kip also identified and managed commercial partnerships within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector.

Kip later joined the Kinghorn Centre for Clinical Genomics, also at the Garvan Institute, where they served as the Manager of Commercial Operations and Corporate Development. In this role, they developed and managed key commercial assets and facilitated strategic partnerships.

In 2015, Kip joined the Magellan Financial Group as the Head of Healthcare - Senior Investment Analyst. Kip provided investment recommendations on pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, conducting in-depth research and analysis on disease areas, market potential, and business risks.

Currently, Kip is working at Sandoz as the Global Brand Director. Kip has experience in brand management and overseeing new product development in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Kip Dudgeon obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Molecular Biology/Immunology from UNSW in 2002. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a PhD in Biotechnology/Medicine at UNSW and the Garvan Institute of Medical Research.
