Greg 'gmac' McCulley has a wealth of work experience. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Vulnerability Assessment Analyst for the 92d Information Warfare Aggressor Squadron. In 2004, they moved to the 614th Space Communications Squadron as Flight Commander (Operations). In 2007, they became Branch Chief for Multi-National Forces - Iraq. In 2008, they moved to US Forces Japan as Branch Chief, Network Operations. In 2011, they attended the USAF Air Command and Staff College as a student. In 2012, they became Squadron Commander for the 92d Cyber Operations Squadron. In 2014, they became Branch Chief for Air Force Space Command. In 2016, they became Squadron Commander for the 721st Communications Squadron. In 2017, they joined SandTech Solutions, LLC as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. In 2020, they joined The University of Texas at San Antonio as a Guest Lecturer (Academic Lecturer) and Grant Research Scientist (ICS).

Greg 'gmac' McCulley has a diverse educational background. Greg 'gmac' obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Maryland between 1997 and 2000. Greg 'gmac' then went on to get their Master of Arts in Air and Space Operations Technology from American Military University between 2001 and 2003. Finally, they earned their Master of Science in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the USAF Air Command and Staff College between 2011 and 2012. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications, including Certified CMMI-Associate from ISACA (Information Security Audit Control Association) in July 2021, Wilderness/Remote Location First Aid from American Red Cross Training Services in July 2021, and Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from American Red Cross Training Services in May 2021.
