Hrishikesh Kale

Hrishikesh Kale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Cluster Channel Manager for Sandvik Coromant in India since June 2006. In this role, Hrishikesh oversees distributor management, policy development, and performance management, while also driving sales initiatives and competence development for distributor engineers. Prior positions at Sandvik included General Manager of Pricing & Business Analysis and Deputy General Manager of Sales, where Hrishikesh focused on optimizing pricing strategies and driving revenue growth. Hrishikesh began the career at Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts as a Group Leader, managing tooling projects and leading a team to achieve cost reduction and process standardization. Hrishikesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
