Tuğçe Karakuzulu

Tuğçe Karakuzulu currently serves as the Head of HR for Turkiye and MEA at Sandvik since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior HR Business Partner at Schindler Group, Senior HR Business Partner/Manager at Iron Mountain, and Senior HR Generalist at Turquoise Yachts, where responsibilities encompassed various HR functions including training and development, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development. Earlier positions include HR Generalist at Jotun East Europe and Central Asia, HR Business Partner at Societe Generale, Human Resources Assistant at LG Electronics, and a part-time Human Resources Assistant at Ströer Out-of-Home Media AG. Tuğçe holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from Istanbul Bilgi University.
