John Richards

John Richards, MAI has a diverse work experience in the fields of commercial real estate appraisal, advisory services, and brokerage. John currently serves as the Vice President-CRE Appraisal and Valuation Manager-Credit Administration at Sandy Spring Bank. Prior to this, they worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. Before that, they were a Senior Director in the Advisory Services Group at KLNB, LLC, where they focused on office sales and leasing. John also gained experience as an Associate Broker at Donohoe Real Estate Services. John's career spans over 20 years, demonstrating their expertise and dedication to the real estate industry.

John Richards, MAI, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics/Business Administration from Spring Hill College. Prior to that, they attended Walt Whitman High School.
