Angela Sersha

Angela Sersha is a results-focused professional with extensive experience in legal counsel and management within highly regulated industries. Currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Sanford Bismarck since April 2024, as well as Executive Director of Legal at Sanford Health since April 2017, Sersha effectively directs all legal matters for day-to-day operations. Previously, Sersha held the position of Senior Corporate Attorney at Schwan's Shared Services, LLC from October 2009 to April 2017, where responsibilities included legal oversight for the manufacturing subsidiary and the executive team of Schwan's Food Service, Inc. Earlier experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the State of Minnesota from April 2004 to August 2009, where Sersha reviewed legal documents and prepared briefs for court proceedings. Educational credentials include a JD from The University of North Dakota School of Law, a B.A. in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and an Executive Mini MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
