Erin Richards

Erin Richards is currently the Group Learning and Development Manager at Sanford Limited, where Erin leads a team responsible for designing and developing learning resources for 37 New Zealand industries. Prior to this, Erin held various roles in learning and development at companies such as Fonterra, Competenz, and Sovereign. Erin has a strong background in e-learning design, project management, and change management. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Philosophy from The University of Auckland, as well as a Certificate in Designing and Facilitating E-Learning from Open Polytechnic.
