Robert Keller has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a focus on VoIP technology. Robert started their career as the President and CEO of Starlight Multimedia, Inc, where they stayed for six years. Robert then worked as the Chief Technologist for the Ferndale School District for over a decade. Following that, they founded Legoe Bay UC, LLC, a small service provider specializing in VoIP integration services and support. During this time, they also provided Open Telephony Training. Robert later joined Altavox Communications, Inc as a Senior VoIP Engineer before moving to Schmooze Communications LLC as a VoIP Support specialist. Robert then joined Sangoma, first as a VoIP Support Engineer and later as the VoIP Support Manager for the Americas. Currently, they serve as the VP of Support Learning and Development at Sangoma. Throughout their career, Robert Keller has gained significant IT experience and expertise in Asterisk/FreePBX, deploying over 15,000 seats in the last six years.
Robert Keller received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Based Training/Videography from Western Washington University, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals from IBM in 2024.
