Chelsea Lang

Chelsea Lang serves as the HR Leader for Supply Chain & Operations at Sanitarium since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading the people strategy focused on culture, engagement, and leadership capabilities. Previous roles include Director of P&C Business Partnering at Transport for NSW, and Director of People & Change at NSW TrainLink, where Chelsea was instrumental in driving cultural change and enhancing employee engagement. Chelsea has also held various HR positions at FMG, Commercial Metals Company, HSBC, Credit Agricole CIB, The Treasury, and Qantas Airways, contributing to talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational capability. Chelsea is currently pursuing a Master's in Human Resource Management at Charles Sturt University, building on a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Victoria University.
