Lisa Aune

Lisa is a Director within the Corporate team, based in Sanne's Jersey office. Lisa has oversight of the provision of director services to key corporate clients, leading the accounting and regulatory team, providing FATCA/CRS services and acting as the key director for a number of corporate and executive incentive clients.

Prior to joining Sanne, Lisa worked with KPMG’s advisory division, taking a lead role within the restructuring and liquidations team and was responsible for the solvent and insolvent winding up of many channel island based structures including listed private equity and fund of hedge funds, Jersey banks and property holding vehicles. Preceding this role, Lisa was a director of global financial reporting team at State Street, with responsibility for a significant number of accountants across Europe and Asia. Lisa also worked at Mourant where she led their Corporate accounting team, specialising in securitisations and collateralised debt obligations.
