Paulina Płatek-Drążczyk

Paulina Płatek-Drążczyk currently serves as Brand Lead at Sanofi Polska since August 2022. Prior to this role, Paulina spent over four years at L'Oréal, where positions included Senior Brand Manager, Brand Manager, Product Manager, and Junior Product Manager for L’Oréal Paris Makeup Face & Lips across Poland and the Baltics, with notable achievements in launching a major mascara and leading product segments. Early career experiences include a trainee position at Henkel in the Schwarzkopf Professional SBU, consultancy roles at Mastercard and Westwing Home & Living, and internships in procurement and shopper marketing. Paulina holds a CEMS Master’s in International Management and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, complemented by studies in fashion management and e-commerce.
