Samuli Kiviniemi

Samuli Kiviniemi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Samuli is currently working as a Partner at Predicell. Prior to this, they co-founded Stonesaw Oy in 2019. From 2017 to 2021, Samuli worked at Sanoma as a Digital Development & Culture Lead. Samuli also founded and served as a General Partner at Valkosipulimafia Avoin yhtiö from 2008 to 2019. Additionally, they have held positions at Nitor Delta as a Partner and Senior Lean Consultant, Elisa as a Coach, Development Manager, and Service Developer, Rosendahl Digital Networks Oy as a Product Manager, TeliaSonera as a Data Entry Employee, and Foxconn as a Quality Controller.

Samuli Kiviniemi obtained an Engineer degree in IT from Savonia Polytechnics between 2001 and 2005. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation in 2014, Result Certification of Coaching Skills from Neuroleadershipgroup in 2012, and certifications from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, Scaled Agile Academy.
