Tony Mercado

Tony Mercado has been with Santa Clara Valley Water District since October 1999, serving as a Public Information Representative in the Office of Communications. Prior to this, Tony worked as a Reporter for Contra Costa Times from May 1996 to October 1999, covering education news in West Contra Costa and Alameda counties. Tony studied at San Jose State University from 1987 to 1991.
