Joyce Chagan

Joyce Chagan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joyce currently holds the position of Vice President, Associate Director of Research & Customer Insights at Santander Bank, N.A. starting from November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as an Assistant Director of Employee Research from July 2020 to November 2021, and as a Consultant of Brand Insights & Analytics from August 2015 to July 2020.

Additionally, Joyce has held various leadership roles at WISE (Women in Sports and Events, Inc.), including President from December 2017 to July 2020 and Treasurer from January 2016 to December 2017. Joyce also worked at AEG as a Senior Manager of Analytics & Strategy from June 2014 to August 2015, and as a Manager of Partnership Administration from March 2013 to May 2014.

Furthermore, Joyce served as the Vice President of Finance at Women in Sports and Events, Inc. (WISE) from January 2014 to July 2015. Joyce gained experience as a Product Director of Activator at Turnkey Sports & Entertainment from January 2011 to February 2013, and as a Marketing Intern at Front Row Marketing Services from August 2010 to December 2010.

Lastly, Joyce began their career at Daniel Webster Charity Jam, where they worked as a Tournament Director from December 2008 to July 2010, and as a Sports Information Assistant from January 2010 to May 2010.

Joyce Chagan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. In addition, they hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport Management & Marketing from Daniel Webster College.
