Carter, Jr. MBA, EDFP, CKAE is currently the Manager of Economic Development & Government Relations at Santee Electric Cooperative, focusing on promoting economic development, servicing key accounts, and building positive relationships with elected officials. Previously, Ronald D. Carter, Jr. served as the Director of Operations at North Eastern Strategic Alliance, where Ronald D. Carter, Jr. worked on building industrial parks, negotiating economic development deals, and creating thousands of jobs and billions of dollars in new capital investment. Carter holds a MBA in Business Administration and a BBA in Management from Francis Marion University.
