Tarun Luthra

Tarun Luthra is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and technical support within SAP. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Support and Global Vice President for SAP Industries and Customer Experience since January 2021, Tarun leads a large global team dedicated to enhancing customer, employee, and partner success. Previously, Tarun held the position of Chief Customer Officer and Global Vice President at SAP Customer Experience, managing critical customer escalations and engagement strategies. With a strong background in customer success management, Tarun has also served as Global Vice President at SAP Ariba and held various leadership roles at SAP since 2003. Academic credentials include an MBA and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Maryland, along with a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Nagpur.
