Group Chief Compliance Officer, head of SAP’s Office of Ethics and Compliance and leading a global team of experienced compliance professionals focussed on anti-corruption, bribery, and fraud.

Previously at SAP, Vivianne advised on a range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the IT, telco and data protection space in Asia Pacific Japan and Greater China, Vivianne also provided employment law advice to all SAP companies in the APJ and Greater China regions, working closely with HR and other stakeholders to manage employment related matters.

Vivianne's private practice experience extends to corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in relation to IT and telecommunications matters. Vivianne has advised corporates, governments and worked with the UK telecommunications regulator as a policy adviser.

Vivianne has advised on various procurement and tender processes, UK spectrum auctions, GMPCS global business plans, and PPPs, as well as on liberalisation and licensing matters.

Vivianne is widely published in industry as well as legal journals, has spoken at conferences in Europe as well as Asia and lectured on the University of London’s LLM law masters course.
