Mike Jackson's work experience spans across various industries and senior leadership roles. Mike has a background in operations, manufacturing, sales, and business development.

Mike started their career in 1997 at General Electric, where they served as a Region Director, overseeing commercial, operations, manufacturing, and engineering activities.

After their tenure at General Electric, Mike held executive positions at Asurion and Intertape Polymer Group, where they were responsible for managing quality and service operations, as well as leading project management and process improvement initiatives.

Mike later joined Masonite as a Senior Director of Operations and was promoted to Division Director, overseeing multiple plants, personnel, and driving operational excellence.

Mike's experience also includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Berry Family of Nurseries, where they managed multi-site operations, supply chain management, and strategic sourcing.

As the President and CEO of Custom Window Systems, Mike successfully led company restructuring and growth while focusing on developing a 1,000-person multi-site organization.

Mike has also held positions at ASSA ABLOY Group and Virginia Transformer Corp, where they had P&L responsibility for specific business units.

Most recently, Mike joined Sarens as the Vice President of Sales Business Development, leading strategic growth plans and serving as the single point-of-contact for promoting and selling the company's products.

Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated expertise in driving business growth, operational excellence, and building strong customer relationships.

Mike Jackson, LSSBB, FEP holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Aspen University. Mike also has an ASEET degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State University. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management. Moreover, they have a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from General Electric, which they obtained in 1999.
