Nilanka Kumudini

Nilanka Kumudini is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a career spanning over 17 years in various organizations. Currently serving at Sarvodaya Development Finance since July 2021, Nilanka previously held similar positions at Abans Electricals PLC, Spencer Denim Industries PVT LTD, Peak Clothing Pvt Limited, and Jinadasa Holdings (Pvt) Limited. Nilanka holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Colombo, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Advancement from the Institute of Human Resource Advancement, and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at the University of Colombo.
