Lars Skaar

Lars Skaar is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in solution architecture, agile coaching, and IT operations management. Currently serving as Principal Solution Architect at SAS since October 2019, Lars previously held significant roles including Board Member and IT Advisor at Gulating, where key accomplishments involved enabling online beer ordering systems and integrating eCommerce solutions. Other notable positions include Agile Coach at Oslo Børs VPS Holding ASA, Head of IT Operations at Jaja Finance Ltd. with achievements in compliance and data analytics infrastructure, and Co-founder of BRAbank, which became one of the fastest banks to break even. Lars has also contributed to various organizations like Teradata, Citrix Online, and Prosessor AS, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and implementing agile methodologies. Lars holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
