Magdalene Mburu is an experienced professional in airport operations and IT management with a career at SAS - Scandinavian Airlines beginning in 2010. Currently serving as the Head of Airport Operations/SAS Digital & IT, Magdalene oversees service vision, team management, and KPI tracking while working within cross-functional teams to enhance digital services. Previous roles include Head of IT & Revenue for SAS Ground Handling Norway and IT/IS Manager at SAS Ground Handling Norge AS. Magdalene's extensive background encompasses project management and IT consultancy across various companies, beginning with Olsten Datavikar in 1997. Magdalene holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from NKI Ingeniørhøgskole and a diploma from Follo Folkehøgskole, alongside earlier education from Loreto Kiambu High School.
