Ryan Salvas

Ryan Salvas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ryan started their career as a Facade Consultant at Front Inc in 2006 and then worked as a Designer at SHoP Architects from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they joined Auburn University as an Assistant Professor from 2010 to 2013. Ryan then served as the Managing Director at Island International from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as the Design Director at CW Keller & Associates, Inc. Ryan then joined Skanska as the Director of Innovation from 2016 to 2017. Subsequently, they became the VP of Real Estate Tech at EQ Office, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, from 2017 to 2019. Ryan then worked as a Senior Product Manager at WeWork from 2018 to 2020. Ryan later served as the Director of Technology Transformation at Suffolk Construction from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Sasaki, starting in October 2022, and is set to become the Chief Operating Officer in July 2023.

Ryan Salvas earned their Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree in Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they attended from 2001 to 2006. Ryan then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Environmental Science at the same institute from 2008 to 2009.
