Kayla Coffman Adams

Kayla Coffman Adams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kayla is currently working at Sasaki as an Operations Director, where they oversee the operations program. Prior to this, they worked at Holcim MAQER as a Project Manager, responsible for managing the development of the ConcreteDirect app across multiple countries. Kayla also has experience at Suffolk Construction, where they served as a Senior Project Manager and Strategic Initiatives Project Manager, leading cross-functional initiatives aligned with company goals. Before that, they worked at Boston Urban Partners as a Director of Processes and Project Manager, managing cross-functional projects and implementing new processes. Kayla also has experience at SWAROVSKI as a Project Manager, Boston College as an Assistant Director of Donor Relations, Simmons College as a Donor Relations Assistant, and Unique Weddings by Alexis as a Planning Assistant. Kayla began their career at Experient and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, holding positions as a Meeting & Event Coordinator and an Executive Assistant, respectively. Throughout their career, Kayla has demonstrated strong project management skills, leadership abilities, and a focus on driving successful outcomes.

Kayla Coffman Adams completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Project Management at Hult International Business School from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Kayla acquired several certifications. Kayla became a White Belt Certified in Data Literacy from Suffolk Construction in February 2022. In March 2018, they obtained a license as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson from the Massachusetts Real Estate Board. Furthermore, they earned a certificate as a Certified Wedding Planner from The Association of Bridal Consultants Capital District & Upstate NY LNG in June 2015.
