Hendrik Janse van Rensburg

Hendrik Janse van Rensburg began their work experience in 2011 with Exxaro Resources, where they held various roles including Geologist, Grade Control, Geodata Geologist, PIT Geologist, and B Sc Geology honours bursary holder. In 2023, they joined Sasol as the Chief Geologist (Information Management).

Hendrik Janse van Rensburg holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geology from the University of the Free State, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Hendrik went on to pursue an Honours degree in Geology/Earth Science from the same institution, completing it in 2014. In 2017, at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, they obtained a Diploma in First Line Management. Prior to their tertiary education, Hendrik completed their Matriculation (high school) from Goudveld-Hoërskool in 2010, where they focused on Mathematics and science. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in data science and analytics from Coursera in 2022.
