Mashel Gonyora

Mashel Gonyora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) management. Currently serving as the Manager SHE: Enablement, Compliance and Assurance at Sasol since November 2011, Mashel is responsible for the development and implementation of an Integrated Management System aligned with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. Prior roles include serving as a Specialist in SHE Auditing at Sasol, a Lead Auditor at DQS German Association for Certification of Management Systems, and a SHERQ Manager at BP, where expertise spanned policy development, risk assessment, and incident investigation. Mashel holds an MBA from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering.
