Peter Chirayil

Peter Chirayil has over fifteen years of experience in the satellite communication industry. Peter began their career in 2007 at Mahdi Bagh Computers Pvt Ltd as a VSAT Hub Engineer. In 2010, they joined Satcom Services Pvt Ltd as a TAC Engineer, providing technical assistance to ViaSat customers worldwide. Peter then moved to ViaSat in the same year, where they worked as a TAC Engineer providing support to customers on Skylinks, Linkstar, and Linkway. In 2012, they moved to Satspacetel Pvt Ltd as a Sr Engineer-Products, providing pre and post-sales support to ViaSat customers. In 2013, they joined Belgium Satellite Services S A as a System Engineer, where they were in-charge of iDirect Satellite Network and provided support to African, Mauritius Telecom, and Afghanistan customers. Peter then joined Alpha Design Technologies in 2015, where they held multiple roles including Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and Team Lead. Currently, they are employed at SatixFy as a Customer Engineer.

Peter Chirayil attained a Masters in Computer Application from AMC College Bangalore in 2006, specializing in Computer Science. Prior to this, they obtained a BSc in Information Technology from SSM College Of Engineering in 2003. Peter also holds a certification in Installation & Maintenance of VSAT Hubs & Remote Terminals manufactured by UHP Networks from Comtech Satellite Network Technologies Corp. (a Canadian Corporation).
