Namit Baikar

Namit Baikar has over 16 years of work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Namit is currently the Head of Human Capital, India at SATS Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as the Market HR Manager, DS Asia Pacific at IKEA Group for three years. Before joining IKEA, they were with A.P. Moller - Maersk where they held several positions including Head - HR Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition, South Asia and Manager - Human Resources, APM Terminals.
